A new Farm plantation located in a rural area of Orile-Owu, Osun State, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Farm Supervisor.
About the role
Supervise day-to-day farm operations on the farm.
Coordinate planting, maintenance, harvest activities, and overall farm workflow.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Collaborate with agronomy, input procurement, and labor teams to optimize yields and efficiency.

Minimum Educational Qualification: OND from a reputable Agricultural College/Polytechnic/University (or equivalent).
Open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates in Crop Production, Agronomy, Plant Physiology, or related fields who are eager to learn and grow.
Must have knowledge of oil palm farming practices, nursery setup and familiarity with farm design concepts.
Willingness to relocate to the farm location in Orile-Owu, Osun State.
Physically capable and agile enough to walk 5 – 6 Kilometers around the farm as part of daily duties.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, assemble and oversee diverse field teams.
